No, our technology does not require charging.
No app is required to use your Grab My Contact product.
Yes, our products are water resistant up to 100 ft. (Except our leather bracelets. They are water resistant, but not waterproof.)
Yes, Grab My Contact uses a similar technology to contactless payments (e.g. apple pay, google pay, etc.), so simply hold your button to the same location you would for contactless payments. If you have an iPhone, hold your bracelet's button near the top of your iPhone (where the front facing camera is); for Androids, hold it near the middle-back of the phone. Note, this may vary for different phones and models, and it can be affected by different types of protective cases.
There is no monthly fee.
Yes! Simply tap your button to your phone and select "log in" to edit the information you want to share anytime!
Yes, you can choose multiple URLs to share such as a personal or business website via your bracelet. You can also give a custom name to each website you share; this name will appear when other's scan your bracelet with their phone.
Yes, you have the option to link finance apps such as Cash App, Venmo, Zelle & PayPal for quick and easy digital payments.
Simply hold your button flat against the top-center of their phone's front side until your pop-up appears (then tap the pop-up to open your profile). If your button does not scan, simply try other locations along the top front and back since some models of iPhones' readers are located further to the right, to the left, or sometimes even on the back side near the main camera. Simply hold your button flat against each of these locations for 1-2 seconds to find the location of your phone’s reader.
For android phones they typically have their readers on the backside of the phone, usually in the middle but they can also be at the top or bottom so try all locations until you find where yours is located.
Additionally, protective cases that are very thick can also cause a slight delay in the amount of time it takes for your phone to scan a bracelet. For a quick video tutorial click here.
